Job summary

Thnks is seeking a Growth Marketer to drive demand and optimize conversion across paid and organic channels in Franklin, TN. You will own the growth engine, set budgets, write copy, and measure performance end-to-end.

You will build lifecycle journeys in HubSpot, perform SEO/organic work, and create dashboards to track CAC, payback, and engagement. This role requires hands-on execution and an AI‑savvy mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing experience.
• Hands-on with paid platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google).
• Experience with lifecycle or CRM stacks (HubSpot or similar).
• Proven organic growth using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Strong tracking discipline and data-driven testing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Run paid accounts across LinkedIn, Meta, Google with budgets and copy.
• Own the recipient-to-sender loop; instrument conversion and dashboards.
• Build lifecycle sequences in HubSpot: onboarding, education, win-back.
• Lead SEO and organic growth including keyword research and on-page fixes.
• Set up tracking, pull data, write queries, and present six-number dashboards.
• Design and run experiments, document learnings, and retire underperforming tests.
