Job summary

Katalyze is seeking a growth marketer in New York City to plan and run campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid media, and the website. You will write content targeted at MSAT, quality and manufacturing leaders and help convert interest into first conversations.

In this part-time role you will own experiments from idea to result, track performance, and share learnings to guide the next campaign. Collaboration with sales and events is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth, demand generation or product marketing, ideally at a B2B software company.
• Clear, plain writing for a technical, senior audience
• Hands-on experience with a marketing automation tool such as HubSpot
• Comfort setting up experiments and reading the results

Responsibilities

• Plan and run campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid and the website
• Write content for MSAT, quality and manufacturing leaders: emails, posts, case studies and landing pages
• Promote our events and executive dinners and follow up with attendees
• Track which channels and messages turn into meetings and pipeline, and report results to the team
• Keep HubSpot lists, workflows and lead data clean and up to date
