Job summary

Simple AI is seeking a Growth Marketer to build and scale Simple AI’s demand-generation engine. You will own performance marketing and paid acquisition, turning campaigns into qualified pipeline and revenue from enterprise customers.

You will launch, optimize, and scale paid search, paid social, and retargeting campaigns, while testing offline channels and collaborating with sales, content, and design to improve conversion and drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on growth or performance marketing experience at a B2B SaaS, AI, or technical company.
• Launched and optimized paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads.
• Able to manage budgets and improve acquisition efficiency, generating qualified leads and pipeline.
• Skilled in attribution, funnel analysis, and metrics like CAC and ROAS.
• Experience designing and running structured experiments across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and channels.
