Base360.ai is seeking a Growth Marketer to help reach B2C brands and turn attention into signups and customers. You will own a channel or multiple channels, building the growth engine from the ground up with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.

You’ll experiment, learn fast, and use AI to sharpen research, copy, targeting, and automation while collaborating with the founder on messaging and strategy.

Qualifications

• Ability to own a growth channel end to end and drive measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data, attribution, and storytelling.
• Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and rapid experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end — set strategy, run campaigns, and own results.
• Generate leads and drive signups across paid, SEO, outbound, and referrals.
• Run quick experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works.
• Use AI to improve research, copy, targeting, automation, and speed.
• Build high-converting funnels and landing pages with a focus on conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning, messaging, and growth priorities.
• Track and communicate the performance of campaigns and channels.
