Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a growth/marketing engineer to own AI-driven automation across demand generation, campaign ops, and pipeline optimization. You will build AI workflows for content creation and audience targeting at scale, while designing automations that integrate with Marketo, Salesforce, and CMS.

The role requires hands-on AI experience, a builder mindset in ambiguous environments, and strong analytical skills to run experiments and optimize attribution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth engineering, marketing engineering, GTM engineering, or a technical role in a B2B SaaS growth function.
• Hands-on experience building with AI; daily use of Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent.
• Experience with LLM APIs or AI-powered tools for content, automation, or marketing optimization.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), workflow tools (e.g., Clay, n8n, Zapier) and analytics tooling (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Builder mindset in ambiguous environments; able to ship 0→1 projects.
• Strong analytical skills for experiments, attribution, and data-driven decisions.
• Cross-functional collaboration across data science, marketing ops, performance marketing, product marketing, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and implement AI/automation use cases to boost demand generation velocity.
• Build and maintain AI workflows for content creation and personalized targeting at scale.
• Design and deploy automations that integrate with Marketo, Salesforce, CMS, and digital platforms.
• Run experimentation infrastructure: A/B tests, landing pages, and conversion-flow changes on Harvey.ai campaigns.
• Manage cost and efficiency of automated workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Content, and Performance Marketing to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and prototype MCP integrations for competitive edge.
