Job summary

Yubo is seeking a Growth Manager to lead paid media and creative testing across channels, focusing on Gen Z users and the US market. You will collaborate with Product, Data, and Creative to optimize funnels and drive multi-channel growth.

You will manage budgets, deploy AI tooling, and scale acquisition while maintaining a data-driven, experimental stance. This remote role offers equity and flexible work options with a Paris-based company infrastructure.

Qualifications

3 years of solid growth marketing or enabling user acquisition for a B2C app.
Have a native affinity with Gen Z culture and what makes it tick.
Experience or strong connection with the US market through studies or marketing work.
Scaled growth investment on at least one major social media platform and can read results.
Able to collaborate with creative teams and explain the rationale for what works.
Familiar with martech stacks including conversion APIs, custom audiences, and MMP/SDK updates.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize a significant paid media budget across key channels and countries.
Collaborate with the creative team to test and scale concepts for Gen Z.
Support a multi-channel strategy to drive organic, viral and referral growth.
Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to optimize funnels and build dashboards.
Work with senior team members to foster experimentation and data-driven decisions.
