BX Studio is seeking a client-facing Growth Manager who can hit the ground running, own our full-funnel growth strategy, and scale acquisition and retention programs across multiple channels. D esign data-driven experiments, optimize every step of the user journey, and collaborate closely with product, marketing, SEO, and development teams. Your work will directly shape the trajectory of our next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy Development: Create and execute a holistic growth roadmap .
  • Experimentation & CRO: Plan, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, onboarding flows, pricing, and messaging to maximize conversion rates.
  • Channel Management: Launch and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, email/lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and affiliate/referral programs.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor performance in GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, ad platforms, and BI tools; translate insights into clear recommendations and dashboards.
  • Automation & Tooling: Implement marketing-automation workflows and growth tooling to streamline lead capture, nurturing, and attribution.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, design, SEO, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive user experiences and efficient growth loops.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay on top of industry trends, platform changes, and emerging channels, rapidly iterating to keep our growth engine ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

  • Experience (3–5 years): Hands-on growth marketing or demand-generation experience, driving user and/or revenue growth across multiple channels.
  • Multi-Channel Expertise: Proven execution with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn/TikTok, email automation, and at least one analytics platform (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable with data modeling, cohort analysis, and funnel metrics; working knowledge of SQL or BI dashboards is a plus.
  • Project Management: Ability to scope, prioritize, and execute multiple growth initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Communication: Clear, concise written and verbal skills—able to convey insights and action plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Strong test-and-learn mindset, quickly iterating based on data and evolving platform capabilities.
