Our team is scaling fast, and we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Growth Marketing Manager with AI experience to drive campaigns, grow demand, and deliver real impact across the business.

What You’ll Do

As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll lead data-driven campaigns to generate leads, boost awareness, and accelerate the sales funnel. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, optimize, and automate campaigns that fuel Livly’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute Livly’s growth marketing strategy across paid media, email, content, SEO, and outbound
  • Integrate AI tools to improve campaign performance, targeting, content creation, and personalization
  • Manage and report on full-funnel metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates)
  • Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and nurture sequences
  • Create and manage automated email and outreach campaigns using Salesforce and Outlook
  • Document and share strategy, learnings, and experiments via Notion
  • Align closely with Sales to streamline handoffs and drive conversion
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into action
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years in growth, performance, or digital marketing, ideally in a SaaS or B2B setting
  • Proven experience using AI in marketing workflows (e.g., content generation, predictive scoring, segmentation)
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics and demand generation
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Outlook, and Notion
  • A fast-moving mindset with comfort in testing, learning, and pivoting
  • Strong communication and project management skills
Bonus Points For
  • Experience in proptech or real estate technology
  • Exposure to RevOps, lifecycle marketing, or outbound automation
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Webflow, or basic scripting
