Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Corporate Development, to join our Corporate Development team in Beachwood, Ohio. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and relocation assistance for candidates outside a 50-mile radius, with 20% travel expected.

The position leads select M&A transactions and corporate development projects, framing strategic rationale, directing valuation and due diligence, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in corporate development, strategy, investment banking, management consulting, PE, and/or corporate finance.
• 3+ years leading M&A transactions, due diligence, or corporate development projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead smaller acquisitions end-to-end with minimal oversight (strategy, valuation, due diligence, approvals, negotiation, transition).
• Deputy deal lead on larger/complex transactions, manage day-to-day execution and coordination.
• Frame strategic rationale, risks, and choices for potential transactions for leadership.
