Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Sector seeks a Senior Strategy & Business Development Manager – Global Industrial Segment. This hybrid role can be based in Milwaukee, WI, or other Eaton locations with relocation support to Cleveland, OH.

You will drive growth through market analysis, strategic initiatives, and acquisition pipeline development across divisions and segments. You will partner with Electrical Sector leadership, Strategy & Corporate Development, and business units to shape strategy, quantify

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, in-house corporate strategy, product management, and/or corporate development settings.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience using strategic frameworks and analytical tools and conducting analyses in strategic planning or product management functions.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the energy industry or with industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning efforts for Electrical Sector and Divisions (Business Units).
• Identify growth opportunities and priorities with segment and business leadership teams.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of target markets, sector business, and competitors.
