Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Development to drive growth through M&A, partnerships and strategic initiatives. You will report to the SVP of Business Development & Corporate Strategy and lead cross-functional teams on transaction lifecycles.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic leadership in a fast-paced, global eye health environment. Remote US location available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, life sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in corporate strategy, BD, M&A, or investment banking.
• Experience in global lifesciences; pharmaceutical background preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel; proficient PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to create and execute long-range strategic plans aligned with vision and goals.
• Source, evaluate and execute M&A opportunities and licensing agreements.
• Lead end-to-end transaction processes including due diligence and valuation.
• Build sophisticated financial models to quantify strategic value creation.
• Manage external advisors during transaction processes.
• Assess portfolio optimization including divestitures and asset rationalization.
• Lead development of corporate strategy and KPIs for long-range initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities and threats.
• Foster cross-functional relationships and liaise with senior leadership.
