Job summary

Bausch + Lomb, a global eye health leader, seeks a Senior Director of Corporate Development to shape strategy, identify and execute M&A opportunities, and guide partnerships. You will work with cross-functional teams, lead complex financial analyses, and advise senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience in corporate strategy and deal execution within life sciences, with strong financial and communication skills, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, life sciences, or related field. MBA strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, business development, M&A, or related field.
• Experience in a global life sciences organization; pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SVP to create and execute long-range strategic plans aligned with the organization's vision and goals.
• Source, evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, and licensing agreements.
• Lead end-to-end transaction processes including target ID, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring and post-merger integration.
