Bausch + Lomb seeks a senior Director of Corporate Development to shape growth strategy and lead M&A activity. You will partner with the SVP to identify opportunities, evaluate transactions, and drive strategic partnerships across a global lifesciences footprint.

The role requires deep financial modeling, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to navigate fast-paced market dynamics. Remote work in the US is possible, with strong collaboration across functions and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, life sciences, or related field.
• MBA from a top-tier program strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, BD, M&A, or related field.
• Experience in a global lifesciences organization preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; excellent PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape long-range strategic plans.
• Source, evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, partnerships, and licensing deals.
• Lead end-to-end transaction processes including due diligence and integration.
• Build financial models and business cases to guide decisions.
• Manage external advisors during transactions and portfolio optimization.
