Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking (M&A preferred), corporate development, or other related finance role.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting fundamentals, and valuation methodologies (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Ability to build accurate, well-structured financial and operating models and translate results into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models to evaluate M&A, venture investment, joint venture, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Assess financial and operational impact including synergies and capital needs.
• Research industries, markets, companies, and competitors to identify potential opportunities.
• Contribute to the transaction process from initial evaluation through due diligence and closing.
