Qualifications

• 2+ years of investment banking or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience with buy-side/sell-side processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end M&A process including target screening, due diligence, valuation and integration planning.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models and perform valuation analyses.
• Assess strategic fit of targets through market research and financial analysis.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and board.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, operations and external advisors to execute transactions.
• Assist in post-merger integration to realize synergies.
