Stantec is seeking a senior leader to drive growth in its US Southeast Business Centers. You will shape market strategies, win major projects, and manage critical client relationships across geographies. This role blends BD with delivery leadership, guiding pursuits and ensuring quality.

Based in a Southeast office (Atlanta or Charleston), you’ll partner with Principals to grow revenue and raise visibility through strategic campaigns while fostering collaboration and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of leadership, business development and consulting experience.
• Professional registration in related field.
• Office environment with field work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieving Business Center sales goals.
• Developing and executing market growth strategies.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of market opportunities and trends.
• Winning new projects with key clients.
• Developing and managing strategic client relationships.
