Job summary

Elpixel seeks a Commercial Director to lead the U.S. market. You will define the commercial strategy, build a pipeline from zero, and close complex B2B technology deals, reporting to the founder. Remote/US-based with travel to client sites and events, English and Spanish fluency required.

You will work closely with Product, Technology, and Marketing to translate market needs into solutions and shape the company’s U.S. commercial engine from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience in AI, BPO, CX ecosystems.
• Experience selling complex B2B tech with long sales cycles.
• Open enterprise accounts from scratch.

Responsibilities
