Job summary

The candidate should bring seven+ years in residential construction or design-build leadership, strong financial literacy, and a track record of managing multiple projects and teams. Local commute to Kitsap County required.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of experience in residential construction/remodeling/design-build operations.
• Experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and overall business performance.
• Manage financials: budgeting, forecasting, job costing, margins, cash flow and reporting.
• Oversee sales process: in-home consultations, estimating, proposals, and handoffs.
• Develop new business opportunities and referral channels.
• Hire, coach, and manage growing team; oversee project managers, field crews, and designers.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Improve internal systems and client experience across the company.
• Provide professional and consistent client experience from consultation to completion.
• Help execute long-term strategy to expand scope, capabilities, revenue and market presence.
