Contractor Staffing Source is assisting an established Kitsap County design-build remodeling company to hire a General Manager who will run daily operations, sales support, and project delivery. The role requires an owner mindset, accountability, and the ability to scale a multi-department operation across residential remodeling projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in residential construction/remodeling/design-build operations.
• Experience as GM/Operations Manager or senior project leader.
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering end-to-end.
• Strong finance acumen: budgeting, forecasting, margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and overall business performance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, job costing, margins and cash flow.
• Communicate performance and growth opportunities to ownership.
• Oversee sales, estimates, proposals and project handoffs.
