Job summary

Perdue Builders in Bothell, WA, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee residential exterior remodeling projects from sales handoff to closeout. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating crews, schedules, and subcontractors while delivering an exceptional homeowner experience.

You will work closely with ownership, shape production systems, mentor field teams, and ensure quality and profitability across multiple active projects in the Greater Seattle area.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in residential construction or exterior remodeling.
• At least two years leading crews or managing projects.
• Knowledge of siding, windows, exterior systems, flashing and water management.
• Valid driver’s license; able to travel across the Greater Seattle area.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, materials, in-house crews, subcontractors, and site logistics.
• Review project information and ensure readiness before construction begins.
• Lead field teams with clear expectations for quality, safety, professionalism, and productivity.
• Serve as primary production contact for homeowners with proactive communication.
• Monitor progress, change orders, costs, and profitability.
• Identify challenges early and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain project records, photos, and closeout documentation.
• Conduct quality-control inspections and final walkthroughs.
• Improve production systems and team accountability.
