Job summary

Great Day Improvements is seeking a proactive Regional Operations Manager to lead Patio Enclosures branch operations in the Pacific Northwest. You will manage projects from contract to completion, coordinate with customers, and oversee subcontractors, scheduling, and installation timelines.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years of general management experience, and a focus on profitability. Travel to multiple locations and performance-based bonus potential are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in general management (remodeling or residential construction preferred).
• P&L responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple locations.
• Manage projects from contract to completion and communicate with customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, and installation processes.
• Ensure safety standards are reviewed and implemented.
• Meet targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
