Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a growth-focused marketer to own the activation path and drive conversion across the customer journey. You will identify friction points, quantify funnel performance, and partner with Product to accelerate value realization.

Collaborating with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success, you will optimize activation, retention, and lifetime value while leveraging extensive employee benefits and a mission to revitalize U.S. manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and running experiments with imperfect data.
• Strong quantitative skills in funnels, cohorts, conversion, and experiment analysis.
