Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Head of Product Growth to connect the entire customer journey for Livewire, from acquisition to pay. You will design and run experiments, quantify value, and shape a fast, measurable growth engine with Product, Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Customer Success.

You’ll lead experiments across onboarding, product experience, lifecycle and conversion, partnering with Product to translate insights into faster paths to value.

Qualifications

• Experience in product growth, PLG, lifecycle marketing or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience designing and running experiments.
• Strong partnership with Product, using customer and product data to drive decisions.
• Autonomy with limited infrastructure.
• Strong quantitative skills—funnels, cohorts, conversion and experiments.
• Familiarity with product analytics, CRM/marketing automation, web analytics and experimentation tools.
• Preferred: product-led, self-service or digital commerce experience.

• Own the growth journey from acquisition through activation, lifecycle and conversion.
• Build a clear view of the customer journey; identify blockers and value.
• Run a steady cadence of experiments across acquisition, onboarding, product experience, lifecycle and conversion.
• Partner with Product to turn user insights into faster path to value.
• Build the measurement and operating rhythm to learn and decide faster.
• Drive conversion, retention and expansion with Sales, RevOps and Customer Success.
• Shape positioning and messaging based on customer insight with Marketing.
• Direct agencies and specialists to move faster, without outsourcing the thinking.
