Re:Build is seeking a hands-on product growth leader to connect the entire customer journey for Livewire. You will work with Product, Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Customer Success to measure and optimize the path from discovery to paying customers.

You will lead experiments, analyze funnel data, and help build a scalable growth system. The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and building the growth playbook for a new product.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in product growth, PLG, lifecycle marketing or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience designing and running experiments with imperfect data and small samples.
• Strong partnership with product, using customer data to drive decisions.

Aufgaben

• Own the growth journey from acquisition through activation, lifecycle and conversion.
• Build a clear view of the customer journey to identify blockers and value.
• Run a steady cadence of experiments across acquisition, onboarding, product experience, lifecycle and conversion.
• Partner with Product to turn user insights into faster paths to value.
• Build the measurement and operating rhythm to accelerate learning and decisions.
• Drive conversion, retention and expansion with Sales, RevOps and Customer Success.
• Shape positioning and messaging based on customer insight, with Marketing.
• Direct agencies and specialists to move faster without outsourcing thinking.
