Re:Build is seeking a hands-on Head of Product Growth to connect the full customer journey—from discovery to paying customers—within its Livewire platform. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Customer Success to establish a measurable growth engine and a steady stream of experiments that translate insights into value.

Qualifications

• Experience in product growth, PLG, lifecycle marketing or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience designing and running experiments, including with imperfect data.
• Strong partnership with Product, using customer and product data to drive decisions.
• Comfort operating with high autonomy and limited infrastructure.
• Strong quantitative skills in funnels, cohorts, conversion and experiment analysis.
• Familiarity with product analytics, CRM/marketing automation, web analytics and experimentation tools.
• Preferred: product-led, self-service or digital commerce experience. Wire harness/CAD/manufacturing expertise not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth journey from acquisition through activation, lifecycle and conversion.
• Build a clear view of the customer journey — who’s converting, where they get stuck, and whether they’re reaching real value.
• Run a steady cadence of experiments across acquisition, onboarding, product experience, lifecycle and conversion.
• Partner with Product to turn user insights into a faster path to value.
• Build the measurement and operating rhythm that helps the team learn and decide faster.
• Drive conversion, retention and expansion with Sales, RevOps and Customer Success.
• Shape positioning and messaging based on customer insight, in partnership with Marketing.
• Direct agencies and specialists to move faster, without outsourcing the thinking.
