Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead the Plano/Frisco branch.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and ensure shifts are staffed; monitor on-call duties.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Cultivate workplace culture and motivate the team to high performance.
