Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years operations or business management experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Proven success in sales or relationship-driven roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team leadership experience with performance ownership.
• Quick to learn and adapt to new technology and systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral partnerships (healthcare providers, community orgs).
• Own the full sales cycle and meet activity goals.
• Conduct in-person marketing visits and client assessments.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance, and care quality.
• Develop client care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Address operational challenges and maintain regulatory standards.
• Recruit, hire, and develop caregivers and staff.
• Set clear expectations and coach for performance.
• Manage office performance using financial and operational data.
• Partner with leadership on goals, reporting, and strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve and grow the office.
