You will develop marketing plans, build referral networks, hire and schedule staff, conduct client intakes, manage the budget, and shape the branch culture. Relocation is required; company car and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing a team.
• Track record in meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and staff oversight.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full-time M-F.
• Base salary $80,000 with a 20% quarterly cash profit share.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Greensboro branch with corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to position Cornerstone as preferred in-home care.
• Cultivate relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new staff; ensure proper shift staffing; monitor on-call needs.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create an engaging workplace culture and motivate the team.
