The Vitamin Shoppe seeks a senior executive to lead Customer Growth across performance media, CRM, loyalty, and personalization. This role drives profitable customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value for a 650+ store and expansive ecommerce ecosystem.

Reporting to the EVP, Chief Marketing & Growth Officer, you will align investments with growth metrics, collaborate with Finance and Data Science, and shape an integrated omnichannel strategy across stores and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive marketing and customer growth leadership experience in enterprise-scale orgs.
• Proven track record leading customer acquisition and retention strategies with measurable impact.
• Experience leading performance marketing and customer growth investments across multiple channels.
• Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, personalization, or related capabilities.

• Define and own the enterprise customer growth strategy, goals, and measures.
• Lead performance media strategy and investment portfolio with profitable growth.
• Own the customer lifecycle strategy from acquisition to repeat purchase and loyalty.
• Drive loyalty, personalization, and value through data-driven initiatives.
• Oversee investment, measurement, and performance reporting to executives.
