Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a Media Operations Manager to own campaign operations, budgets, and data integrity across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels in a hybrid Secaucus, NJ office.

You will partner with internal teams and external partners to build scalable processes, improve data quality, and drive faster execution, smarter decision-making, and sustainable growth for a leading health and wellness retailer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Ecommerce, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in media operations, digital marketing, ecommerce marketing, or marketing operations.
• Experience with paid media platforms including Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Experience managing Google Merchant Center and ecommerce product feeds.
• Experience with tracking methodologies, attribution, and digital analytics.
• Experience managing media budgets, forecasting, and billing reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Media Operations & Execution: Manage campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and launch processes across paid media channels.
• Budget & Financial Management: Maintain media budgets, monitor pacing, track spend discrepancies, and support invoicing and billing.
• Measurement & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy across platforms and identify reporting discrepancies.
• Technology & Platform Operations: Coordinate pixels, tracking, permissions, and governance; support new marketing tech adoption.
• Process Improvement: Develop SOPs, create scalable workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive automation.
• Qualifications: 3+ years in media ops with experience in Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok; strong Excel; budget management; analytics.
