Mind & Mobility seeks a high-energy Chief Growth Officer for the Therapy Division to scale in-home therapy services, focusing on Medicare Part B. This leadership role emphasizes building relationships, expanding physician and community partnerships, and driving sustainable growth with strong commission incentives.

You will drive referral volume, align sales with clinical excellence, and collaborate with clinical leadership to maximize impact across three focus counties.

Formación

• 5+ years in healthcare sales, therapy marketing, or business development (outpatient therapy/home health preferred).
• Proven success driving organic growth via physician/referral-based sales.
• Strong understanding of therapy services, patient access pathways, and referral dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive census and referral growth for three counties.
• Build and expand referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, ERs, case managers, discharge planners, and community partners.
• Recruit, develop, and scale a high-performing sales and marketing team for multi-county growth.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members with clear goals and performance metrics.
• Establish standardized sales processes and advertising spend efficiencies.
• Partner with therapists and operations to identify growth opportunities and address referral barriers.
• Support clinic marketing initiatives to increase visibility and patient access.
• Represent the organization at community events and healthcare outreach activities.
• Implement referral tools and processes to streamline intake and improve conversion.
• Monitor trends and performance to optimize outreach strategies.
