Job summary

Advantage Pro Services, headquartered in Houston, TX, seeks a President / Operating Partner to lead sales, operations, and finance. This is a seat-to-build role with equity participation and 30+ staff under management.

Base is $105K–$140K with total comp $125K–$170K+ depending on performance, equity, and company results. You will own P&L, drive growth, oversee field operations, and shape a culture that rewards accountability and high performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operations leadership in residential or commercial field services.
• Proven P&L ownership with budget & revenue targets.
• Sales DNA with selling and leading sales teams; door-to-door is a plus.
• Track record of developing people, managers and hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable the Business Development Manager and Outside Sales team.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets; own the revenue number.
• Step in to demo, close, or recover a deal when the team needs backup.
• Drive growth in recurring maintenance plan enrollment.
• Oversee daily field operations through the Field Service Manager; ensure crews are staffed and productive.
• Own COGS -- labor utilization, materials, vehicle and equipment costs -- target at/below 40% of revenue.
• Partner with the CXM Manager to maintain NPS and customer retention above benchmarks.
• Own the full P&L; review actuals weekly with the Comptroller and flag variances.
• Present monthly performance to the CEO with clear drivers and an action plan when needed.
• Manage department budgets and vendor relationships.
• Lead direct reports and 30+ employees with urgency, accountability, and respect.
• Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
