Legion Health in San Francisco is hiring a Head of Consumer Growth to build our direct-to-patient growth engine. You will own the full consumer funnel—from first impression to reactivation—driving fast, affordable psychiatric care with rigorous performance marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consumer growth, performance marketing, or growth leadership at a high-growth company.
• Direct ownership of meaningful paid media budgets (ideally 7-figure+ annual spend).
• Hands-on experience with paid social channels (Meta, TikTok) and search/YouTube/Reddit.
• Strong creative judgment for hooks and scalable testing.
• Healthcare marketing experience and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own Legion’s consumer growth metrics across leads, visits, CAC, LTV, retention and reactivation.
• Build and scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, Reddit, affiliates, and more.
• Develop a high-velocity creative engine with hooks, scripts, UGC, testimonials and landing page angles.
• Lead creator/influencer program with compliance review.
• Own funnel from ad to appointment and optimize onboarding flows.
• Build SEO/content around mental health topics.
• Oversee lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, retargeting, winback).
• Partner with product, data, clinical, legal, compliance, and ops.
• Create growth operating system including dashboards and forecasting.
• Hire and manage first consumer growth team.
