Job summary

Legion Health is hiring a Founding Product Manager, Consumer + AI to own the patient journey from onboarding to renewal. You will map clinical and operational workflows into intuitive experiences, own product specs, and collaborate with engineering, design, clinical, and growth teams in a high-trust, regulated environment.

You will drive AI-enabled product surfaces, ship features, and measure impact on retention, NPS, and cost per visit while aiming for a consumer-grade experience in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a consumer AI or health context.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end product surfaces from onboarding to retention.
• Comfortable working with engineering, design, clinical, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Own core patient-facing product surfaces across the full consumer journey.
• Translate clinical and AI workflows into simple, trustful user experiences.
• Define metrics and run experiments to improve activation, onboarding, and retention.
• Ship production PRs and maintain high-quality, release-ready specs.
