WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a proven financial advisor to become Managing Director, Advisor Growth. This role focuses on leading a team of experienced advisors while continuing your own client work, recruiting and mentoring peers, and shaping the firm’s growth strategy with the support of a historic brand and infrastructure.

You will drive client development, build a high-performance culture, and align leadership with long-term growth plans for the practice and firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and team-building experience.
