Job summary

The Leadership Agency is seeking a Senior Director of Digital & Social Growth to lead demand generation across creators, organic social, TikTok Shop, and paid media. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will unify growth disciplines into one engine and build the measurement stack to prove ROI, velocity on shelf, and sustainable brand momentum.

You will shape the function, recruit and lead a high-performing team, and partner with cross-functional leaders to unlock significant NA growth.

Qualifications

• Performance-driven digital growth experience
• Strong understanding of social and creator strategy
• Experience leading cross-functional growth teams

Responsibilities

• Define demand-gen strategy across TikTok Shop, creators, organic social and paid media
• Own TikTok Shop growth, pricing, content, live and creator affiliate program
• Lead paid media strategy and structured creative testing framework
• Build measurement stack including MMM, incrementality and lift testing
• Lead and develop Organic Social Manager and creator teams
• Define in-house vs agency governance and outcomes
