Job summary

Best Choice Products seeks a Director of Social & Influencer Marketing in Newport Beach, CA. Lead the social media, creator, affiliate, and community strategy to build a scalable creator-led growth engine across DTC and marketplaces.

Drive brand awareness, content pipeline, and revenue with leadership and hands-on execution, shaping programs, budgets, and partnerships across TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator Connections, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading social media, creator, influencer, affiliate, community, or integrated marketing programs, including team leadership.
• Demonstrated success building or scaling social, creator, ambassador, affiliate, UGC, or community programs for ecommerce/retail brands.
• Deep expertise across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest and creator commerce.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual strategy across organic social, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, ambassadors, UGC, community, and creator commerce.
• Define channel strategies, content roadmaps, budgets, KPIs, and performance goals across platforms.
• Partner with Marketing and Product Development to shape product positioning, launch strategies, creator activation, and go-to-market plans.
• Establish scalable onboarding, education, communication, and engagement programs for creators and communities.
• Lead the creative direction for social channels and develop platform-native content that educates, entertains, and drives engagement.
• Develop scalable UGC workflows, content standards, rights management, and asset libraries.
