Qualifications
- 6+ years in performance or growth creative, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on expertise in TikTok and Meta direct response creative for growth.
- Genuine knowledge of TikTok culture, formats, creators, and commerce features.
- Strong DR creative fundamentals with work you personally shaped on platforms.
- Fluency in creative analytics and capability to translate data into next tests.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive a direct response creative strategy aligned to revenue objectives.
- Develop frameworks, hooks, and pipelines for scalable performance content.
- Lead testing roadmaps across hooks, formats, angles, and offers with speed.
- Evolve creative playbooks to reflect platform changes and algorithms.
- Build and scale a TikTok Shop creative engine and partnerships.
