Job summary

ChukMedia, part of the VaynerX family, seeks a Director of Social Commerce to build and scale the social commerce department across TikTok Shop and Live Shopping. You will define the agency’s North Star for social commerce, establish platform partnerships, and lead teams to execute against fast-paced, results-driven frameworks.

The role requires 8+ years in related fields, proven leadership, a data-driven approach, and strong relationships with enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Management Consulting, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or Growth with 3+ years in social commerce or live shopping.
• Proven leadership in building and managing teams in fast-paced agency or brand environments.
• Direct experience with the TikTok Shop ecosystem and related platforms.
• Track record of achieving KPIs, including high ROI and sales growth.
• Strong relationship management with executive-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead social commerce strategies for multiple clients across platforms.
• Oversee affiliates and influencers from outreach to onboarding and content briefs.
• Optimize TikTok Shop storefronts to maximize click-through and conversions.
• Direct paid campaigns and track KPIs, producing actionable insights.
• Coordinate campaigns with media, creative, and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Stay ahead of trends and platform updates, integrating best practices into client strategies.
• Manage platform lead relationships to align roadmaps with client objectives.
• Support channel-specific growth models and budget alignment with ROI targets.
