Job summary

DoubleData is seeking a marketing lead to own growth in digital food, building a data-driven, automated engine across channels and campaigns. You will shape the messaging, run paid and organic programs, and translate insights into product and roadmap decisions.

You will work in a remote-first setup with a Polish company serving global clients and leveraging an existing tech stack (n8n, programmatic SEO, LinkedIn/Google/Meta ads, CRM). Expect fast iteration and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on work in B2B growth or marketing.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Growth ownership across channel mix: SEO, GEO, programmatic content, LinkedIn, and partnerships.
• Build and run the marketing machine: tracking, paid ads, automated outbound, workflows.
• Benchmark competitors and feed insights into product roadmap and leadership decisions.
• Own landing pages, experiments and conversion rate optimization, shipped fast.
• Oversee marketing tech stack: GA4, GTM, pixels, CRM integration, and data-driven reports.
