Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership to branch employees with emphasis on supervision, sales, service goals, teamwork.
• Directly supervises planning, assigning, balancing, and auditing branch work daily.
• Conducts performance evaluations in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
• Coordinates sales and service strategies and monitors customer retention.
• Assists with opening/closing, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Processes loan applications and teller duties as needed.
