Qualifications

• 12+ years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales within fintech or financial services.
• Strong rolodex of consumer banks and fintechs and a track record of landing tier-one relationships.
• Ability to articulate complex AI/data-driven value propositions to executives.
• Proven negotiator with executive-level relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by owning end-to-end sales with banks and fintechs for Pagaya’s AI-driven solutions.
• Define and execute growth strategy for asset classes Personal Loans and Point of Sale from ground up.
• Build deep executive relationships with C-level stakeholders across financial services.
• Lead complex deal origination, structuring, and execution while influencing strategy.
