• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong ability to translate strategy into activation with measurable commercial outcomes
• Experience working across matrixed, international, or franchise-led organizations

Responsabilidades

• Accelerate sustainable guest growth across Pizza Hut’s global system by building scalable lifecycle capabilities and connecting learning across markets
• Identify important lifecycle opportunities and translate enterprise omnichannel priorities into a focused lifecycle roadmap
• Develop practical frameworks, tools, playbooks, and measurement approaches
• Partner with regional, operating-market, and franchisee teams to diagnose opportunities and build actionable roadmaps
• Surface barriers requiring enterprise intervention and drive adoption with measurable impact
