Job summary

ARB Interactive, the team behind Modo Casino, is seeking an experienced User Acquisition professional in the United States. You will run campaigns across paid social, Google Search, and DSPs, owning budgets and leveraging AI tools to test, learn, and optimize performance.

With 3+ years in mobile gaming or social casino, you will partner with marketing, product, and analytics to scale growth, improve KPI performance, and deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns, preferably in mobile gaming or social casino.
• Experience running Google Search campaigns at scale with proven results.
• Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows (e.g., AI creative tools) and AI assistants for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Run user acquisition campaigns across paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok), Google Ads, DSPs, connected TV, and audio channels.
• Own Google Search campaigns from concept to final reporting.
• Create ad creative with AI tools and leverage AI for analysis, copy ideas, and workflows.
• Monitor CPI, CPA, LTV, and ROI; optimize budget allocation.
• Test creative, landing pages, and targeting; iterate quickly based on results.
