Job summary

ARB Interactive, the team behind Modo Casino, is hiring a Sr. Manager, Organic Growth to own how Modo shows up on organic discovery surfaces.

You will drive measurable user and revenue growth from SEO, ASO, and GEO, shipping the work yourself with close collaboration across product, engineering, content, and marketing. You’ll shape the strategy for SEO and ASO, develop a GEO and AI-driven discovery playbook, and translate opportunities into prioritized roadmaps that move the needle this quarter

Qualifications

• 5+ years of organic growth experience with strong technical SEO.
• Track record of moving organic rankings, traffic, and conversion.
• Experience expanding beyond core SEO into adjacent organic surfaces.
• Builder who executes work, not just manages agencies.
• Strong commercial instinct with focus on signups, installs, revenue.
• Sharp prioritization of opportunities with measurable impact.
• Strong communication to explain SEO to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, product, content, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own Modo’s organic growth strategy across SEO, ASO, GEO.
• Build and run SEO program end to end and ship tickets.
• Lead ASO program across iOS and Google Play.
• Develop GEO/AI discovery playbook and strategy.
• Translate opportunities into prioritized roadmaps.
• Build reporting cadence for rankings, organic traffic, store conversion.
• Advocate for tooling and engineering support.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and AI trends.
