Job summary

Planted is hiring a Growth Lead to scale its fastest-growing customer set: hyperscalers, neoclouds, and AI factories. You will own the customer relationship from first conversation through signed agreement, coordinating across engineering, supply chain, legal, and finance to secure a win.

You will build the right answers, know who has them, and move deals quickly to delivery, while creating repeatable, scalable motions for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial roles at energy, infrastructure, or hard-tech companies end to end.
• Experience with physical assets and capital-intensive development decisions.
• Hands-on technoeconomic modeling and deal structuring experience.
• Credible with technical buyers, finance teams, and executives.
• Able to move quickly, take initiative, and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end customer ownership from first contact to signature and managing expectations.
• Develop technoeconomic cases with scope splits, capex/opex estimates, and pricing.
• Identify and coordinate internal and external experts to fulfill deal needs.
• Execute a clean handoff to delivery with context and commitments intact.
• Build repeatable outreach, discovery, proposals, contracts, and pricing motion.
