Job summary

Planted is hiring a Growth Lead to scale its fastest-growing customer segment, hyperscalers, neoclouds, and AI factories. You will own the customer from initial contact through signed agreement, coordinating with engineering, legal, and finance to assemble the necessary elements for a successful deal.

You will partner with the Director of Growth and Strategy to shape and close opportunities, then hand off execution to delivery and pursue the next deal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial roles at energy, infrastructure, or hard-tech companies, running deals or projects end to end.
• Experience with physical assets and capital-intensive decisions around development, engineering, procurement, or construction.
• Hands-on technoeconomic modeling, preconstruction, or infrastructure deal structuring.
• Credible with technical buyers, finance counterparts, and executive sponsors.
• Move fast, take initiative, and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end customer ownership from first contact to signature.
• Develop technoeconomic models underpinning each deal and estimate capex/opex.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and shape proposals.
• Handoff deals to delivery with context and anticipated commitments.
• Scale repeatable commercial motion to new customers and product lines.
