Job summary

Eragon is seeking a Growth lead to drive awareness and engagement across communities, customers, and partners. You will orchestrate in-person events, community initiatives, and strategic partnerships while shaping product marketing campaigns that explain Eragon’s capabilities and value.

You’ll coordinate messaging across channels, analyze results, and bring audience feedback back to product and GTM teams to fuel growth in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth, product marketing, events, partnerships, or related field.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Excellent cross-functional project management.
• Creative, commercially minded with bias toward testing and learning.
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment representing Eragon.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver in-person events for Eragon audiences.
• Build community initiatives for ongoing engagement around Eragon and applied AI.
• Develop and execute strategic partnerships with organizations to extend Eragon’s reach.
• Create and run product marketing campaigns that explain Eragon’s capabilities and value.
• Coordinate messaging across channels, teams, and partners, learning from results.
