Responsibilities

• Own the strategy across PR, lifecycle marketing and on-site campaigns with clear priorities.
• Create and lead ambitious campaigns across channels from first impression to purchase.
• Build business cases with audience, impact, budget and success metrics.
• Identify growth from customer behavior using funnel data and insights.
• Stay hands-on with briefs, messages and visuals to strengthen campaigns.
• Build and lead a high-performing team and develop junior talent.
• Align plans with Product, Performance Marketing, Influencers, Partnerships and others.
• Turn product developments into compelling stories with PR support.
• Incorporate AI into research, development and testing while maintaining quality.
