Job summary

Naïve is hiring a Founding Head of Growth to own how products, autonomous releases, and research reach market. You will work directly with founders, engineers and researchers to translate technical products into launches developers and AI teams care about.

This is not a traditional marketing role; you will have equity potential and the chance to shape growth strategy from the ground up at a fast-growing Series A startup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience growing technical or AI products.
• Launched products from zero to one.
• Understands developers, AI agents and modern software products.
• Can write excellent copy and develop strong product narratives.
• Highly analytical and comfortable owning growth metrics.
• Moves quickly and executes without requiring a large team or agency.
• Has previously founded a company, built products or worked closely with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own growth across Naive Studio, autonomous company releases, benchmarks and Vetta.
• Develop positioning, messaging and launch strategies for new products.
• Run product launches across social, developer communities, content and partnerships.
• Build repeatable acquisition and activation loops.
• Create technical content, demos, case studies and launch campaigns.
• Measure the full funnel and rapidly test new growth experiments.
• Work with product to improve onboarding, activation, retention and monetization.
• Build Naive’s early growth team and operating system.
